Curious Minds was founded in 2004 by Alan and Lucy Richmond, who met while programming for astronomers preparing to use the Hubble Space Telescope. We found on returning to the UK that educational science products were much harder to find here, than in the USA, at least for the general public. Curious Minds was established to make it easier for children, parents, teachers, hobbyists, and professionals to find science toys, gifts, and kits.
